Technical Manager – System Architect

Required Skills

• 10 years or more of experience developing and designing .NET applications
• Proficient in evaluating architectural designs based on business requirements
• Experienced with .NET Core with an understanding of the underlying .NET processing pipeline and architecture
• Ability to set coding standards and enforce them for a development team through code reviews
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
• Strong experience with unit testing and TDD

Preferred Skills

• AWS serverless architecture experience
• Event Driven architecture experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular
• Experience using agentic AI–assisted development tools to design and generate code such as: Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot
• Experience in Leading and managing a team.
