We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in Taguig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systems architecture, design, and integration with at least two years of relevant experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our systems while contributing to innovative projects.

Job Summary:

The Systems Engineer will be a key member of our Global ICT Team, specifically within the infrastructure team. This role will lead all implementations, activities, and management of the server infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of system infrastructure and server hardware, and will also be able to implement, administer, and troubleshoot various systems and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage configuration, maintenance, and administration of Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Implement best practices in Microsoft 365 identity, access, security, data protection, device management and compliance
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, licensing allocation and user provisioning.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS/DHCP, and hybrid identity solutions.
• Act as a Level 2/3 escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 and general IT support issues.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Oversee the continuous operation of servers and related infrastructure equipment.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Provide 3rd level support.
• Act as the change implementer for systems, being involved in change management processes.
• Collaborate with the Network Engineer, Service Delivery, and Information Security Officer within the ICT team for day-to-day operations.
• work with the Development Team in managing their cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Manage the global servers and systems across office locations.
• Ensure that the system infrastructure is maintained in compliance with ISO27001 and PCI DSS standards.

• Hyper-V
• Windows Servers
• Ubuntu Server
• MySQL database

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in Office 365 administration
• Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Servers, and UNIX /Linux based environments.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Experience in collaborating with development teams and managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Microsoft and Azure certifications are advantageous.
