We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer with specialized expertise in cocon fiber to join our innovative design team. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in fiber design, material innovation, and sustainable textile solutions to drive our product development forward.

⏰ Work Mode: Flexible office & remote
💼 Role: Senior Designer (Cocon Fiber Expertise)

What You’ll Do:
📡 Design telecom networks using Cocon Fiber, Geo Struct, and QGIS
⚙️ Automate processes for reporting, data quality, and efficiency
📋 Track deliverables and coordinate with construction teams
🗂️ Manage & update fiber asset inventory in line with client standards
🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders in Belgium and the Netherlands for smooth execution
💡 Provide technical inputs to optimize fiber network designs
👩‍🏫 Mentor junior CAD designers and enhance tool proficiency
✅ Ensure compliance with international telecom standards & client guidelines
📝 Document processes & methodologies and share regular updates

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of overall design experience
✅ 6+ months of hands-on experience with Cocon Fiber
✅ Proficiency in QGIS and AutoCAD (6 months)
✅ Strong knowledge of Excel and Outlook
✅ Basic knowledge of Python (nice to have)
✅ Solid background in fiber network design projects
✅ Strong communication and client-facing skills
✅ Open to relocation: Bangalore or Mumbai
