About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Integration and Form Building Specialist to support our team in increasing delivery capacity, focusing on form building and integrations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and is interested in working with declarative/low-code platforms. As a Salesforce Integration Specialist, you will be a key member of our technical solutions team. You will create data capture forms, integrate them into Salesforce, and perform ad-hoc data imports. This is a transactional role with the potential to grow into more areas of our platform over time.
Responsibilities:
👥Lead and mentor a small team of Salesforce analysts and integration specialists, offering technical guidance and support.
📝 Design, build, and manage data capture forms using tools like Form Assemblysembly and Gecko, ensuring seamless Salesforce integration.
⚙️ Set up and maintain automated workflows using Zapier and other low-code/no-code platforms.
📊 Perform ad-hoc data imports into Salesforce, ensuring high data accuracy and consistency.
🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, translate, and deliver scalable form and integration solutions.
🧩 Review and validate integration logic, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely fixes.
💬 Conduct peer reviews and host knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team and uphold quality standards.
📈 Promote professional growth by encouraging continuous learning and development within the team.
🚀 Optimize processes and contribute to broader Salesforce platform strategies to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations and form building.
✅ Proven experience leading or mentoring team members, preferably in data or CRM functions.
✅ Proficiency in using form-building tools like FormAssembly, Gecko, or similar, integrated with Salesforce.
✅ Strong working knowledge of Zapier for workflow automation and data flow.
✅ Experience with Salesforce Data Loader for manual data imports and cleanups.
✅ Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, data structures, and field mapping.
✅ Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas) for data manipulation and preparation.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Nice to Have:
➕ Familiarity with ETL tools, data integration platforms, or middleware solutions.
➕ Exposure to Agile project environments and tools like Jira and Confluence.
➕ Experience working in or supporting multi-org Salesforce environments.
