We are looking for a detail-oriented Research and Billing Analyst to join our team, specializing in the US healthcare sector.
As a Research and Billing Analyst, you are responsible for supporting billing and collections for new third-party payer lines identified by the Research and Strategy department. We are seeking an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable and who can ensure accuracy and efficiency in all billing operations. You will collaborate closely with the Research and Strategy team to streamline processes and support the seamless integration of new payer sources. This position will report to the Research and Strategy Manager.

💼 Role: Research and Billing Analyst – US Healthcare
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and issue accurate claims to new payers based on customers’ billing cycles
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payment, including identifying and processing necessary billing adjustments
• Work cross-functionally to ensure the execution of all responsibilities and support team members
• Maintain records and documentation of billing and collections activities
• Enter authorization information into Paradigm’s system to ensure an accurate and seamless billing process
• Performs clerical duties related to the management of new payer-related records or information
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and billing procedures
• Verify client eligibility to receive benefits from third-party payers
• Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in billing, collections, or with third-party healthcare payers
• Excellent follow-up, time management, and communication skills required
• Experience with project management software preferred (e.g.: Monday, Asana, Jira)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required
