About the role: The LMS Administrator role reports to the VP of Technology & Operations and is responsible for the LMS configuration, daily management, support ticket resolution, reporting, and deployment of eLearning content within our LMS. This role requires strong organizational and teamwork skills to work in an agile environment and support the team. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Portal Configuration and Management: Ability to set up and manage Seertech LMS to ensure seamless operation of the LMS and consumption of content. Act as a hands-on expert in all LMS functionalities, including creating/enrolling users, uploading modules, creating pathways and assessments, and creating recurring offerings.
• Administration and Troubleshooting: Administer and troubleshoot the LMS, conducting testing for automation, course content, user management, and permissions. Manage internal system notifications, updates, and security oversight to ensure integrity and confidentiality of data.
• User Support and Collaboration: Provide support to learners/users while collaborating with client success to resolve support tickets. Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of the LMS.
• Technical Expertise: Possess advanced Excel capabilities and technical certification of coursework related to LMS administration. Advise instructional designers on technology best practices and contribute to the deployment of training materials via eLearning platforms.
• Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills in handling eLearning projects within a large-scale LMS platform. Exhibit proficiency in learning technology and staying up to date with industry trends.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years proven experience in the related field
• Proven experience with LMS administration. (Preferably Seertech or Litmos.)
• Ability to work in an object oriented LMS.
• Experience working with a centralized content library and dynamic user groups.
• Experience withing with client success and support tickets.
• Demonstrate advanced expertise in Excel by producing Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUPs, data validation, and data visualization.
• Working Knowledge of PowerBI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills can communicate abstract and technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to interact with clients positively and productively.
