Implementation Support Specialist

About The Role:

As an Implementation Specialist, you will support the technical setup and execution of the onboarding
process for customers. Working closely with Implementation Managers, you will ensure that system
configurations are accurately set up to provide a seamless and efficient onboarding experience. This role
requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can effectively manage multiple projects
while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency. This position reports to the Director of
Implementation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain provider profiles in Paradigm’s platforms, ensuring accurate setup with the
    correct payers, rates, and client information
  • Identify and report discrepancies with client profiles to ensure accurate onboarding
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure processes are executed efficiently and accurately
  • Stay informed on the latest onboarding processes and best practices to enhance operational
    effectiveness and accuracy
  • Provide ongoing support during the onboarding phase

Experience and Skills:

  • Familiar with software solutions or SaaS (Software as a Service) products
  • Experience in handling data migrations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency throughout
    the process
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
