Customer Success Manager

About the role

As the Customer Success Manager at Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional support and driving their overall success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, initiate, and manage projects from start to finish
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop project plans and timelines
  • Allocate resources and monitor progress
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members
  • Manage working relationship with current and prospective clients
  • Manage risks and issues that may arise
  • High-level checks such as technical requirements and fit
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Handle escalations
  • Measure and report on customer success metrics
  • Writing technical documentation and contract / tender reviews

Qualifications:

  • 5 and above years of experience
  • Proven experience with project management, customer success management, or risk management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Proven ability to learn about new technologies and software
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Project management certification a plus
  • Portfolio of projects handled
  • Experience in working with SAaS is a plus
