We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Partner – Revenue Cycle Operations to lead a growing offshore team supporting a US-based healthcare provider.

As a Business Partner – Revenue Cycle Operations, you serve as the primary operational liaison between stakeholders and internal delivery teams. This role provides end-to-end oversight across audit intake, billing, authorizations, CRM operations, payment posting, collections, and customer support to ensure seamless execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder confidence.

The role requires a strong understanding of finance and accounts receivable concepts to effectively consume, interpret, and challenge AR-related data, trends, and risks, while remaining focused on coordination and outcomes rather than transaction processing.

💼 Role: Business Partner / Manager for Healthcare Finance Operations

What You’ll Do:
🎯 Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on operational matters.
🎯 Own end-to-end workflow coordination across Revenue Cycle functions
💡 Provide operational oversight across audit intake, billing, authorizations, CRM, payment posting, collections, and customer support
📊 Consume and interpret AR-related reports, aging, denials, and collection trends to identify risks and priorities
🎯 Ensure clear ownership, handoffs, due dates, and next steps across teams
🔍 Monitor work queues, trackers, dashboards, and financial/operational reports to identify risks and bottlenecks
🔍 Drive timely resolution of audit issues, claim rejections, denials, authorization gaps, AR risks, and customer escalations
🤝 Partner cross-functionally with Audit, Billing, Coding, Collections, Finance, CRM, and Customer Support teams
📊 Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking and documentation in HubSpot
🔍 Review operational and AR reports to ensure real-time visibility and data accuracy
📊 Translate financial and operational data into clear updates and action plans for stakeholders
🤝 Support onboarding of new clients, payers, and services
🔍 Identify recurring operational or AR issues and partner with teams to improve workflows and processes
🎯 Ensure adherence to HIPAA and PHI handling standards within daily operations
🎯 Escalate operational or financial risks and unresolved issues appropriately
🎯 Ensure adherence to SLAs, productivity targets, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Associate or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
✅ Relevant healthcare revenue cycle or AR experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
✅ 8–10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or healthcare finance
✅ Background in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable strongly preferred
✅ Strong working knowledge of AR concepts including aging, write-offs, adjustments, underpayments, and collections
✅ Experience with Medicaid and VA payer workflows preferred
✅ Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and financial/operational reporting
✅ Proven ability to manage cross-functional workflows and stakeholder expectations
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate it into actions
✅ Proactive problem-solver with a high sense of ownership
