About The Role

?What we offer:

– Permanent position and Local Account

– Salary Budgte: 45K – 50K package

– Day 1 HMO plus 1 dependent (upon regularization)

– Government benefits, 22PTOs, 13th month pay , Holiday pay

 Responsibilities:

Assign tasks, disseminate information and process updates to the team members.
Analyze volume of calls, emails and chat on a daily basis to ensure desired program targets are
achieved.
Conduct weekly and quarterly meetings with other departments like Training, Quality, work force
teams to review performance on both Program and people metrics like attendance, attrition,
adherence, OT, etc.
Present reports for business reviews.
Prepare reports on top and bottom performers and cross-checks this with overall metrics for the
account / program.

 

Position Requirements

With a strong customer service background in the BPO industry.
Preferably at least 2 years of solid experience in the similar role.
Insurance background is a plus but not a requirement.
Must have a good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Analytical & Leadership skills
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / College Degree, any field.
Manages and oversees the activities of the team, ensuring that each individual performs at the par
standards set by the company and the client.
Amenable to working onsite (BGC, Taguig) and in rotational shifts.
