The client is in need of moving a whole enterprise of a cluttered set of software to a unified Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) and it should be developed in house.
The Solution
Eastvantage provided a seamless transition of Software development role in the first phase. Eastvantage took ownership for transition management, hiring, employee contract and operations management.
An enterprise application for a European company was conceived, developed and is currently being maintained here in Eastvantage. More than 60 software engineers, PHP, Python, Java, Odoo, and web developers, as well as Power BI analysts currently form the team behind the largest field services platform in Europe. They started out with only a handful of Eastvantage employees servicing Belgium and has now expanded to 11 more European countries, and growing the team by 2700%.
The OpenERP platform integrated their HR flow, training and development, supply management, finance and accounting, manpower scheduling, and client servicing and documentation.
