Handling different e-commerce shops and different brands call for an experienced customer support team. The client is new to outsourcing and is exploring options on how they can set up a team for CRM that would support their whole operations.
Having different clients that are from the CRM division, Eastvantage was not new to the client’s requirement. We were able to set up a team of customer support experts for the client with a swift turnaround time. Aside from finding the right people, the team, being subject matter experts, built their dashboards and key performance indicators that helped the client assess their performance.
