She began her finance career in Morocco’s largest bank, where she was responsible for establishing annual commercial targets and reporting structures that drove impactful outcomes. Relocating to Belgium, Imane continued to make her mark as a controller in the automotive sector, followed by a pivotal role at BIA, a Belgian family-owned group known for exporting heavy equipment to Africa. At BIA, she not only managed controlling and reporting but also established an entire export finance department, which she led successfully for nearly a decade. These achievements ultimately led her to found her consulting practice, where she has been providing tailored finance advisory services to empower businesses with the insights and tools they need for financial success.
