Paul brings over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and both IT and non-IT recruitment across a spectrum of industries. As an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional, he has forged enduring relationships with stakeholders and consistently delivered tailored talent solutions for large corporations. Paul’s leadership has driven organic growth, connecting top-tier talent with opportunities spanning from Entry to Director levels across diverse domains. 

In his new role, Paul will oversee and lead recruitment efforts across all Eastvantage locations, including the Philippines, India, Vietnam, Bulgaria, and Morocco. Reporting to Sipin Sidharthan, Head of Operations of Eastvantage, he will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s recruitment strategy globally, ensuring alignment with its strategic objectives and values.
