Winners to be celebrated during virtual event on June 27
Taguig, Philippines – April 11, 2023 – Eastvantage was named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Innovative Achievement in Organization Recovery category and a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Innovative Achievement in Human Resources category in the 10th annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.
The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards are the only business awards program to recognize innovation in the workplace in all 29 nations of the Asia-Pacific region. The Stevie Awards are widely considered to be the world’s premier business awards, conferring recognition for achievement in programs such as The International Business Awards® for 21 years.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the winners will be celebrated during a virtual (online) awards ceremony on Tuesday, June 27.
More than 800 nominations from organizations across the Asia-Pacific region were considered this year. Eastvantage’s first entry, “Winning Over the Pandemic: Evolvement, Empowerment, Expansion” evinced how the organization’s initiatives helped remarkably improve its financial and operational performance while successfully transitioning to the safe and socially distant new normal throughout the pandemic.

In its second entry, “Adapting to the Evolving Work Landscape Through HR Innovation” Eastvantage showcased its digitization efforts to improve HR service delivery to be more attuned to the remote work setup. It strengthened its home-grown team management tool, EVOX, and initiated other digital transformation projects, which improved employee experience, communication, and collaboration.
