You will be the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their menopause journey with empathy and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Engagement: Engage with patients through telehealth consultations, providing a supportive and empathetic approach as they navigate menopause-related health concerns.
  • Clear Communication: Offer clear explanations of services and next steps in a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring patients understand the process and feel comfortable asking questions.
  • Care Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, follow-up calls, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Medical Documentation: Review patient medical records, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
  • Communication Facilitation: Ensure smooth communication between patients and healthcare professionals, sharing relevant information and updates to facilitate seamless care.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, BS Allied Health course and any related courses.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with preference for experience in telehealth.
  • Preferably with PHRN License.
  • A strong understanding of menopause and menopause-related healthcare issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and explain complex information in simple terms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple patients and tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortability with using telehealth platforms and medical software systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care.
