Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist to lead both organic
and paid social media efforts, drive measurable results, and provide strategic insights to elevate
our marketing performance. This role requires a dynamic individual skilled in content creation,
advertising management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Advertising
    ○ Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across
    platforms such as Meta, Reddit, X, and Google Ads.
    ○ Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored to platform-specific best
    practices.
    ○ Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize
    campaign performance.
    ○ Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve and exceed ROI and Return
    on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets.
    ○ Utilize advanced audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience
    strategies for precision targeting.
    ○ Stay up to date with advertising policies and trends specific to the cryptocurrency
    industry to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  2. Digital Marketing
    ○ Develop and execute creative content strategies for all social media platforms,
    including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, and others.
    ○ Design and post content, videos, and other engaging materials to drive user
    interaction and foster brand loyalty.
    ○ Actively manage and respond to all comments, mentions, and direct messages
    on social media using the company’s tone of voice.
    ○ Monitor and capitalize on current social media trends to keep content fresh and
    relevant.
  3. Analytics & Reporting
    ○ Track and analyze key performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR),
    conversions, ROAS, and engagement rates across all platforms.
    ○ Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights
    and recommendations for improvement.
    ○ Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and social media
    dashboards to monitor user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
    ○ Provide data-driven recommendations to inform future campaign strategies and
    business decisions.
  4. Other Ad-Hoc Marketing Support
    ○ Assist in various marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, copywriting, or
    basic graphic design.
    ○ Collaborate closely with the operations team to align on overlapping tasks, such
    as addressing user inquiries, resolving operational challenges raised on social
    media, or supporting cross-departmental initiatives.
    ○ Support influencer marketing campaigns by sourcing creators, coordinating
    content delivery, and ensuring campaign goals are met.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding key performance metrics, such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lead generation targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using social media analytics tools to monitor performance, track trends, and inform strategy.
  • Expertise in project management and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across creative, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with creative teams, providing clear direction and actionable feedback to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Advanced proficiency in advertising platforms, including Meta Business Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, and X Ads Manager.
  • Experience with social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a solid understanding of attribution modeling and campaign tracking.
