About the Role
As a Solutions Architect you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive solutions to meet the technological and business requirements of an organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and integrate information systems to meet the company’s needs
- Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
- Resolve technical problems as they arise
- Identify the customer requirements, analyze the alternatives, and conduct product recommendations related to the platform, software, and network configurations
- Provides supervision and guidance to development teams
- Continuous research on current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
- Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
- Provides updates to stakeholders on product development processes, cost, and budget
Qualifications:
- 10 -15 years of experience in software development, system architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Proficiency in system design, software architecture, and development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services.
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to design solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of data protection and privacy regulations.
- Relevant certifications in solution architecture, cloud platforms, or enterprise architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF certification).
