Service Level Reporting Analyst (WFH Setup)

About The Role

Collect and submit monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports and artifacts

Prepare and submit SLA report cards

Document all information pertaining to audit results including findings, opportunities, and observations

Review reporting methods and procedures to improve the content and completeness of the information

Perform quality review of data reports and artifacts to ensure the accuracy of information by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data

Document processes and procedures

Ensure quality standards are met

Identify opportunities for improvement

 

Position Requirements

2 or more years of experience in providing data/audit reporting

Strong numeric and advanced analytics aptitude

Must have an eye for detail and strong analytical ability; problem-solving abilities are a must

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and balance workload

Effectively collaborate and coordinate with both onshore and offshore team members

Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Analytics, IT, or a related field)

Experience with software testing

2 or more years of experience in providing PowerBI reports
