Senior Sales Support Lead

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sales Support Lead to spearhead our sales initiatives and contribute significantly to our dynamic sales team.

The Senior Sales Support Lead is a key figure within our sales department, facilitating seamless communication and strategy execution across different departments. This senior level role demands an individual with deep strategic insight, comprehensive end-to-end sales expertise, and the capacity to effectively support both inbound and outbound sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales Management: Skillfully manage inbound leads, conducting discovery calls to thoroughly understand potential clients’ needs.

Strategic Sales Proposals: Collaborate closely with various departments within Eastvantage to craft customized, strategic, and compelling sales proposals that align with our overall sales strategy and meet each inquiry’s specific needs.

Pricing Strategy Development: Identify and implement the appropriate pricing strategies for each proposal, in collaboration with relevant teams.

Sales Documentation Oversight: Organize and maintain an up-to-date collection of sales collateral, contract templates, and pricing templates, ensuring their availability for the sales team.

CRM System Management: Accurately document all sales-related activities in the CRM system (Active Campaign), ensuring data integrity and easy access.

Team Leadership and Support: Provide robust support to the sales team, enhancing their capability to prepare effective proposals and close deals.

Cross-Departmental Liaison: Act as the primary communicator with other departments, gathering essential information before sales and sharing crucial insights before and after sales transactions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Produce detailed reports on sales activities, highlighting successes, pinpointing areas for improvement, and offering strategic insights.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant senior-level experience in end-to-end sales roles, preferably within the BPO industry.

• Demonstrated strategic insight into sales and marketing processes, with a proven track record of developing custom, impactful sales proposals.

• Solid sales capabilities and the ability to effectively translate Eastvantage’s value propositions into compelling and successful sales strategies.

• Familiarity with the latest AI tools and technologies for creating appealing proposals that robustly reflect Eastvantage’s strategies and value propositions is a significant plus.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Active Campaign.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.

• Superior communication and organizational skills, with the ability to operate effectively in an international setting and accommodate international client time zones.

• A results-driven induvial able to work independently, accountable for their actions and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

• Previous experience in sales-related roles within a BPO company is highly desirable.

• The ability to work collaboratively, enhancing team success while providing encouragement and support to colleagues
