About The Role

We are seeking qualified technology staff to service our growing client base. The desired person should have strong PC/Server hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills. The ability to work independently with limited supervision is a must! This position involves working in a wide variety of environments. Our main offerings include:

Network Monitoring

EHR Support

Azure and other Cloud Infrastructure

PC and Windows Server installation and support

Email Encryption and other HIPAA compliance solutions.

Cyber Security

Sales and Support of Computer Hardware and Software

Vendor Management

VOIP Solutions

Backup and Disaster Recovery

Healthcare and Law Office Solutions

HIPAA Security Rule Auditing and Policy Development

Responsibilities:

Duties will include, but are not limited to: 

Basic networking support/troubleshooting tasks, i.e.,

user account creation, Email accounts

backups

Desktop/Laptop/Server/Wireless configuration

Spyware/Virus Removal and general support.

Setting up desktop computers, laptops and both physical and virtual servers.

Installing operating systems and software and connecting them to a network.

Must be able to provide desktop support to a variety of end users.

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Providing technical support across the company.

 

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree related to computer/technology.

Min 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.

In-depth and current hardware and software skills and experience required. 

Must have very strong Server and Desktop Support skills.

Experience with Windows Servers, Microsoft 365 and Azure Infrastructure Skills required.

Experience with Security and Firewall/VPN technologies (i.e. Sonicwall, Cisco, Watchguard, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, etc…) is a plus.

Experience in a clinical setting (Medical), Knowledge of HIPAA Security Concepts, Azure, AWS, VMware/Hyper-V, Citrix, SAN Experience, VOIP Experience, Linux skills, Any Cisco Certification, MAC skills, HTML, Graphics.

The candidate must have excellent English – oral, phone and written skills, must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Excellent customer service skills “Can Do Attitude”in a fast paced multi-tasking environment.

Willing to render overtime whenever needed.

Is available to join us in our Bangalore office from Day 1.
