WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and configurations
- Track and manage IT assets and inventory
- Responsible for server lifecycle management
- Ensure efficient handling of day-to-day incidents and tickets
- Execute patch management tasks effectively
- Minimize downtime through timely resolution of technical issues
- Support continuous improvement of IT operations through consistent monitoring and feedback
- Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery
WHAT WE VALUE:
– Azure and MS Intune knowledge
– Knowledge of Identity and user creation
– Knowledge of Automation (PowerShell, Bash or similar)
– Experience with Veeam as a backup solution
– Experience with VMWare
– General knowledge of Microsoft Platforms and Linux
– Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle incidents and service requests effectively
– Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude
– Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest in technology
– A service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support and solutions
– Have a high ‘Sense of Urgency’ and focus on prioritizing tasks
– Social and contributing to a good team spirit
– Excellent process knowledge and documentation skills
– Knowledge and experience of using ITSM tools, preferably Jira and Confluence
– ITIL Foundation or higher level of ITIL certification.
