Senior Dispatcher Outbound

The Dispatch employee is tasked with optimizing and overseeing the daily planning of
technicians to ensure efficient execution of all scheduled tasks within the expected working
hours. This involves adept planning and adjustment of tasks on the same day, addressing
deviations, and providing customer-friendly solutions. Additionally, the objective is to deliver
high-quality work, utilizing geographical insight, and logical thinking, and maintaining
professional communication with technicians (via telephone and email) to make decisions that
enhance overall optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities

The dispatch employee is accountable for:

  • Daily planning of technicians, ensuring the completion of every scheduled task.
  • Actively monitoring and addressing deviations from the plan.
  • Adjusting specific parameters in the planning to optimize technician workload and
    efficiently utilize available capacity, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that everything runs smoothly by coordinating with technicians and providing
    precise information/locations when required.


  • Completion of secondary education.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Basic familiarity with the Microsoft Office package.
  • Language proficiency following CEFR:
  • Dutch: B1 (listening and speaking) & A2 (reading and writing).
  • French: A2 (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Logical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient planning and organizing skills.
  • Flexibility and dynamism.
