About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Integration and Form Building Specialist to support our team in increasing delivery capacity, focusing on form building and integrations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and is interested in working with declarative/low-code platforms. As a Salesforce Integration Specialist, you will be a key member of our technical solutions team. You will create data capture forms, integrate them into Salesforce, and perform ad-hoc data imports. This is a transactional role with the potential to grow into more areas of our platform over time.
Responsibilities:
- Build data capture forms and integrate them with Salesforce, using FormAssembly and Gecko.
- Set up and manage Salesforce integrations using Zapier.
- Conduct ad-hoc data imports into Salesforce using tools like Salesforce Data Loader.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and addressing any errors during imports and integrations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Test and validate form functionality, integration points, and data flow to ensure data accuracy and seamless user experience.
- Manually importing data into Salesforce based on predefined templates and schema.
- Data management and manipulation in Excel including Vlookups.
- Additional ad hoc tasks relating to the data management requirements of the platform.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce product knowledge and 2+ years’ of experience in configuring and troubleshooting form integrations with Salesforce objects, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
- Strong understanding of form-building principles, including user experience, data validation, and field mapping best practices.
- Experience in form building and Salesforce integrations, especially using FormAssembly and Gecko.
- Working knowledge of Zapier for setting up and managing integrations with Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with data imports using Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a database, including basic data management and troubleshooting.
Desirable:
Familiarity with data integration middleware and ETL processes.
