Job Description:

Sales Director (US Region) – Business Process Outsourcing
Overview: We are looking for and results-driven Sales Director with extensive experience in customer Relationship management sector. This role is pivotal in driving growth through outbound sales strategies, networking and closing high value contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proved track record in BPO industry specifically in the CRM solutions and a deep understanding of global market dynamics. As an individual contributor reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will be instrumental in expanding presence in the US region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on expanding our
CRM BPO services. Leverage your expertise in outbound sales to generate leads, engage prospects, and
close deals.
New Account Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the US, focusing on enterprise accounts within the BPO and CRM sectors.
High-Value Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts valued at over USD 1million Annual
contract value and ensure that all deals align with company objectives and deliver maximum value.
Revenue & Profit Growth: Drive significant revenue growth and improve profitability through targeted sales strategies and strong client relationships.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive
positioning, leveraging insights to enhance sales effectiveness.
Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and timely deal closures.
Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target enterprises, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to optimize the sales process and deliver customized solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience: 15+ years of outbound sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the BPO and CRM platforms, particularly in securing and managing enterprise accounts.
Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in new business development, enterprise account management, and driving revenue growth in the US market.
Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue and profit targets, with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with broader business objectives and market trends.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the BPO and CRM landscapes, with a strong network of industry contacts in the US.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
