DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, and handling e-mails.
Preparing quotations for clients
Maintaining and managing CRM system.
Preparing sales invoices, delivery receipts, and collection receipts.
Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
Check Collections with clients in Metro Manila
Other tasks that will are required by management
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management, Nursing, Hospitality or equivalent.
Preferably 2-5 Yrs experienced as an employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent position.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) and CRM system experience.
Proficient in English (verbal and written communication)
Must be able to work often alone in the office.
