Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of recruitment professionals, including the sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to scale the recruitment process, enabling the organization to grow depending on target hires per month.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies, ensuring the best platforms are utilized to source specific candidates while managing acquisition costs within budget.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including hiring managers and department heads, to understand their talent requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, implementing innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation as needed, ensuring a thorough and efficient selection process.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the recruitment team.
Position Requirements:
- Current and relevant experience working for a US Staffing firm, with a proven track record of working with multiple clients and industries such as IT, Engineering, Scientific, Admin professional, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management/leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Over 10 years of experience in US Staffing operations and hiring, with a deep understanding of the recruitment funnel and its management for BPOs.
- Proficiency in conducting phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation, ensuring a thorough and efficient selection process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate recruitment strategies, convey expectations, and provide feedback to team members.
