Roles and Responsibilities:
- RPA Development Expertise: You will be using UiPath Studio and other RPA tools to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. Creating workflows, automation scripts, and bots to optimize business processes.
- Team Leadership: As a team lead, you will oversee a group of RPA developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical support. They assign tasks, set goals, and ensure the team’s productivity and efficiency.
- Project Management: You will manage RPA projects from inception to completion. This includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, estimating project timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Technical Problem Solving: Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, debug code, and ensure the quality of the developed automation solutions. You might also perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication skills are essential. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other teams to understand requirements, provide updates on project progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement is crucial. The Team Lead analyzes existing workflows and suggests enhancements or automation possibilities to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation and Reporting: You will document the development process, maintain technical documentation, and generate reports on project status, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Position requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in RPA using UiPath;
- UiPath Platform Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the UiPath platform, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other relevant components;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
