We are seeking a motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to provide lead generation and sales operations support. The ideal candidate will also assist with data quality reviews, reports creation, process documentation, data enrichment, sourcing & routing, tech stack administration for sales, marketing & customer success tools that are part of the revenue organization. This role is key for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue operations. In this role he/she will report into the Senior Revenue Operations Specialist assisting in thesupport of revenue internal teams (sales, marketing & customer success).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
● Lead Sourcing: Own lead sourcing for the sales team. Intelligently source leads in our ICP by leveraging (AI) technology and automation.
● Sales Operational Support: Provide CRM/tools support for revenue areas, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
● Project management support: support the Senior RevOps specialist and the Business Analyst with the execution & delivery of key RevOps projects
● Reports Creation: Develop and generate reports & dashboards within CRM to provide insights and track key metrics for the revenue team.
● Data Quality Reviews: Conduct regular data quality reviews to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in Hubspot.
● Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of revenue processes and workflows.
● Tech Stack Administration: ticket management and administration of sales, marketing & Customer Success technology tools, ensuring optimal use and adoption.
Qualifications:
Education
● Bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience:
● Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
● 1-2 years of experience in similar role
Skills:
● Process driven with consistent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Processes management knowledge
● Proficiency in data management and process automation
● A keen interest in technology and AI
● Analytical & data driven
● Good communication and documentation skills
● Fluent in English, extra languages are a plus
Additional Skills:
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment
● Passion for sales and marketing technology.
● Willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications
● Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, GenerativeAI, sales sequencing &outreach tools
● Sales experience, especially performing roles as SDR is a plus
● Prior project management experience is a plus
● Experience in B2B tech space.
