About The Role
We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team and lead our non-technical recruiting efforts. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and overseeing the full cycle recruiting process for positions in areas such as marketing, sales, operations, HR, and finance.
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in leading a team of recruiters and be able to source and attract top talent in a competitive job market. The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure successful delivery of non-technical talent acquisition goals and targets.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and programs to attract top talent for non-technical positions.
Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create job descriptions and specifications.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.
Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely feedback to all parties involved.
Negotiate offers with candidates and partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and continuously improve the recruitment process.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in non-technical recruitment, with a focus on mid to senior level positions.
At least 4 years of experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters.
Strong knowledge of non-technical recruiting best practices and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to attract top talent.
Proficiency in recruiting software, applicant tracking systems.
