About The Role

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements and responsibilities.
Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, while also proactively seeking out candidates via headhunting techniques.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and assess their suitability for the position, while also considering factors such as cultural fit and potential for growth within the organization.
Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit, while also providing candidates with information about the company culture and values.
Schedule and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with clients, ensuring that all parties are well prepared and informed about the interview process.
Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely candidate records, while also using data and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct offer extension and onboarding new hires, including coordinating with other HR teams to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and selection, while also sharing knowledge and insights with the broader HR team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and external partners, while also representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
Partner with HR business partners to understand business needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
Continuously improve the recruitment process by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

 

Position Requirements

Position Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field, with a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, with experience using data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment is a plus
