Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify top talent, particularly Dutch-speaking candidates, for various roles within our organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment processes and candidate communications.
• Utilize social media and professional networks to source candidates.
• Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive approach with strong organizational skills.
