About the role
Eastvantage is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts across locations. S/he will be responsible in building strategies to find the right talent and growing our global count. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment within the outsourcing industry with a results-oriented mindset and adept at managing diverse teams, ensuring timely delivery, and driving recruitment excellence.
Responsibilities
The desired candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Liasoning with Operations and Sales:
○ Collaborate with the business partners across the company to translate business challenges and questions into solutions and drive hiring strategies, goals, processes.
○ Partner with Sales team and leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.
- Recruitment operations
○ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless coordination across all stakeholders.
○ Ensure effective job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination to deliver exceptional hiring experiences.
○ Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pools.
- Team collaboration and management
○ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters across different locations.
○ Establish clear goals and provide performance feedback to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
- Metrics and Reporting:
○ Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates) to identify areas for improvement.
○ Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership to track progress and outcomes.
- Budget Management:
○ Oversee and optimize the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Market Insights:
○ Create market analysis for potential clients.
○ Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
Requirements
The desired candidate should have the below experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a global outsourcing organization.
- Strong understanding of global hiring practices including volume hiring and niche hiring.
- Experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media hiring strategies.
- Excellent Client Management (Client building, SPOC interaction, New Requirements, Feedback, Interviews, Selections, etc)
- Experience training recruiters and tracking their performance.
- Strong communicator exercising a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism to accomplish objectives.
- Must be available to work from office in Bangalore, Karnataka for 5 days a week
- Any certification or formal training in full-cycle recruitment is a plus.
