Job Description:
We are seeking a resourceful and analytical Senior Analyst to join our Dispute Management & Payments Verification team. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payments, resolving customer disputes efficiently, and maintaining positive supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyse customer disputes related to payments, invoices, or other financial transactions.
- Research and identify the root cause of discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to gather information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of payment documentation.
- Analyse payment trends and identify areas for improvement in the payment’s verification process.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize payment errors and disputes.
- Prepare detailed reports on dispute management and payment verification activity.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices for payments processing.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate situations and build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in researching and resolving complex financial disputes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and relevant accounting software (mention specific accounting software used by your company if applicable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
