About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy.
As a Product Manager for Eastvantage Customer Experience, you will be responsible & working on delivering an industry-leading Product support experience for our customers. You will help identify product opportunities, launch products (external and/or internal), documentation, SOPs and policies that result in delivering a delightful customer experience.
Roles & Responsibility:
Write detailed product requirements and end-to-end use cases with effective user stories for engineering & design teams
Manage product profitability and commercial success – take responsibility for the business case.
Work closely with technical leads to define features, elaborate user stories and acceptance criteria, and story point estimates in a SAFe/Agile methodology format.
Analyze customer queries/issues to identify, prioritize & solve the recurring, most-important, and urgent ones.
Create products for Support automation, issue self-debugging, identify the most common issues being faced by customers, and develop the right solutions for them
Synthesize and drive product inputs from interactions with customers, CX stakeholders, competitive insights, and market trends; build and manage an actionable product roadmap
Collaborate with engineering, customer success, support, and design teams to ensure alignment on roadmap, prioritization, product delivery and internal/external adoption
Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Provide insights on key differentiators and messages to product marketing.
Primary responsibility lies in defining a clear vision that aligns with engineering team goals while keeping up-to-date on all developments essential to achieving our desired outcomes.
Responsible for gathering customer requirements and defining their vision with engineering as well as overseeing product strategy, pricing and positioning strategies.
Answer any questions that the Product Owner and Product Marketer may have.
Manage all aspects of in-life products, such as customer feedback, specifications, and issues.
Participate in scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives on a daily basis.
Assist the development team with any inquiries they may have.
Track relaunches.
Position Requirements
Should have proven experience as Product Owner
4-5 years in software product management with a consistent record of timely and quality delivery of software products; Overall 3-5 years of experience
Ability to identify short-term fixes/hacks, and automation opportunities to avoid creating a large backlog
Create a large picture view for tickets across customers, so that we identify & solve the core problem rather than solving each ticket individually
Basic understanding of software-technologies, SDKs, APIs, computer networks, software architecture
Experience in creating clear, detailed low-fi or high-fi mock-ups using Balsamiq, Figma etc
Experience on Product Management tools like JIRA, Confluence
Effective prioritization with ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed
Relevant experience on IT projects including requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients
Should be experienced in product planning and marketing to manage the entire life cycle of the project.
Experienced with system testing and basic debugging techniques
High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in a collaborative (Agile) environment
