We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Processing Team Associates to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of transactions by supporting our core processing team. You will be responsible for managing ticketing systems, investigating failed transactions, and performing manual actions to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Ticketing System Management: Effectively manage and process tickets within our ticketing system, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely resolution.
- Transaction Monitoring: Proactively monitor transactions for potential failures, identifying and investigating issues to ensure successful completion.
- Manual Action Execution: Perform manual interventions and adjustments to supplement the automated processing system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Entry and Reconciliation: Accurately input and verify data, ensuring consistency and integrity of information within our systems.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot processing issues, working collaboratively with the team to find solutions and prevent future occurrences.
- Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with team members and stakeholders, providing updates and escalating issues as needed.
