As a Platform Support Specialist, you will be a key member of our Operations Team, providing dedicated support to internal departments and customers. Your role ensures that both our customers and commercial team receive the necessary assistance to stay efficient, productive, and successful.Our corporate and working language is English.
Responsibilities:
- Providing application support to customers’ product-related enquiries
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with developers and product managers
- Serving as an expert on internal processes and system functions
- Managing the above through our internal platform (SmartHub), HubSpot, and Jira.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Experience in customer service or technical support background and understanding of customer support is preferred.
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and projects.
