About The Role
The Test Engineer must work with the test and application team(s) to validate the quality of the product delivered to the stakeholders as per project requirement. They are also responsible for highlighting risks to business stakeholders through timely and precise execution of performance tests(end-to-end) under minimal supervision.
Understand business requirements
Develop, document and present solutions to customers
Perform end-to-end performance testing (Web applications, Mobile, ERP, Desktop application)
Prepare performance test plan,
Develop performance test scripts,
Execute performance tests
Analysis performance test results
Prepare presentation(.PPT) to report performance test results and recommendations
Prepare performance test methodology documents as per company process also enhance as per project needs.
About 4-5 years in Performance Testing,
2-3 years of experience in performance testing using – Loadrunner or Jmeter or Neoload (Neo Load experience is a MUST.)
Silk Performer experience preferred but not mandatory
1-2 years of experience in performance analysis tools like – Dynatrace, Appdynamics, sitescope etc
Good exposure in server monitoring, network monitoring advantageous
Independently able to handle customer – Briefing and convincing on solution, prepare presentations to communicate performance issues and recommendations to overcome issues.
Excellent written, oral communication skills and documentation skills
We prefer candidates who can handle job independently with minimum supervision
Preference will be given to candidate who are flexible to work on Test Automation (during idle time (when there is no performance testing projects training will be provided
