About The Role

Answer inbound call from patients that want to schedule and appointment with one of the Dermatology Practice’s Doctors. The person will need to speak clear English and be able to learn how to use Mod Med Practice Management software.

Needed characteristics:

Excellent English Communication Skills
Attention to Detail
Patience while dealing with medical patients
Spanish Speaking ability is helpful but not required.
