As the Financial Business Partner, you are expected to act as the lead point of contact for all matters about the financial account portfolios – finance and general accounting. You act as the client advocate to ensure that processes and policies for your respective accounts are aligned and implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily planning and assigning of work to direct reportees
Training, development and managing of performance of the team
Managing and reviewing operational reports (ex. client scorecards and metrics management)
Creating and maximizing client relationship and outputs
One on one with direct reportees
Best practice implementation across direct accounts
Responsible for taking small to large, company-wide, high-demand programs/projects from conceptualization through final implementation and go-live
Provides overall communication and collaborate with all areas affected by the program / project including cross-functional partners, business sponsors, and vendors
Drive prioritization of business requirements and roadmap
Partner with both technical and non-technical peers to execute on work throughout the project lifecycle
Own the program schedule, task assignments, and lead schedule progress – from large phases through to detailed tasks, including understanding and managing dependencies
Become a trusted partner with the business and accepted into the business teams inner circle of influence
Understand operational issues and opportunities (business processes) and help drive technical solutions to scale business operations and ensure compliance
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
At least 3-4 years of experience in an operations management role, with a focus on people management, client management, and data analysis.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies that drive productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
Experience in working with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to business operations.
