We are seeking a meticulous and organized Librarian/QA Specialist to manage our digital asset
management (DAM) system, Aprimo, and our Microsoft SharePoint file system. This role is crucial to
ensuring that all digital content is structured, accessible, and maintained according to company
standards. Additionally, this role will oversee the quality assurance (QA) process for our eLearning
modules, upholding high standards of accuracy, functionality, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Asset Management:
  • Oversee Aprimo (DAM) and Microsoft SharePoint file systems, ensuring that all content is
    categorized, tagged, and stored systematically.
  • Monitor and enforce best practices for file naming conventions, metadata, and version
    control to maintain content integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent content organization, facilitating
    smooth uploads and file retrievals.
  • Regularly audit digital assets, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or issues in
    content organization and storage.
Quality Assurance for eLearning Modules:
  • Lead the qualify assurance process for all eLearning modules, verifying content accuracy,
    usability, and technical functionality.
  • Conduct thorough testing of multimedia elements, navigation, and user experience to ensure
    that all modules meet company standards.
  • Identify, document, and communicate any content errors or technical issues to the
    development team for resolution.
  • Collaborate with learning experience designers and developers to ensure QA feedback is
    incorporated, optimizing the final product for end users.
Collaboration and Content Support:
  • Work closely with content creators and technical teams to maintain organized workflows and
    support content development.
  • Act as a primary resource for Aprimo and SharePoint guidance, training team members on
    best practices for content uploading and management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on improving digital asset organization and file
    system processes to enhance productivity.
  • Develop system utilization reporting.
Process Optimization and System Updates
  • Regularly evaluate Aprimo and identify opportunities for tool or process improvement.
  • Stay informed on system updates, best practices, and industry trends, implementing relevant
    enhancements to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement QA checklists, workflows, and standards, continually refining the
    process to align with evolving content and business needs.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, quality assurance or a
    related field.
  • Proven experience in managing digital assets.
  • Proficiency in DAM platforms, Aprimo preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience in QA for digital content
    and learning and development courses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a remote work
    environment.
