Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to manage and optimize our Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning platform. This role will be responsible for the daily administration, troubleshooting, and usage enhancement of the LMS to support our learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders (Group L&D and local Talent Managers) to ensure a seamless user experience, provide technical support, and drive system improvements aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Content Management: Upload, test, and organize learning materials, courses, curricula and training session while ensuring proper functionality and compatibility.
  • Creation of training events
  • Upload of SCORM files
  • Assignment of compliance trainings
  • Creation of deep links for communication
  • Update of rosters after trainings
  • Creation of attendance lists
  • Training catalog curation: complete missing information (category, duration…), reclassification of existing trainings (e.g. topic, provider…), inactivation of outdated training (catalog clean-up & maintenance)
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LMS users (examples: case investigation, password reset, language setting, individual end-user support). Act as the second-level point of contact for LMS-related issues, resolving technical problems and escalating when necessary.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to track training completion, compliance, and learner engagement, providing insights to stakeholders. Monitor and report on LMS usage and performance metrics. Follow-up on completion & training man days. Create and automate reports to support regulatory compliance reporting and internal decision-making processes.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides for administrators, instructors, and learners.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and company policies regarding training records and system security. Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS. develop and enforce governance rules and standards for LMS usage in line with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • System Optimization: Identify and implement system enhancements, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency and user experience. Stay updated on CSOD LMS best practices and new features. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS administration (2+ years).
  • Strong understanding of e-learning standards.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and working with HRIT teams on system integrations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to train and support users. Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating LMS reports and insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic scripting for system customization.
  • MS 365 and MS SharePoint experience
  • Project management experience.
