Lead RPA Business Analyst

Job Summary:

As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Business Analyst with banking experience, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and automation solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and understand banking processes, identify opportunities for automation, and work closely with stakeholders to implement RPA solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of both business processes in the banking sector and the capabilities of RPA technology.

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Analysis and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document existing banking processes.
    • Identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation based on criteria such as volume, complexity, and potential benefits.
  2. Requirement Gathering:
    • Engage with business units to gather detailed requirements for RPA projects.
    • Work closely with process owners and subject matter experts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
  3. RPA Solution Design:
    • Collaborate with RPA developers and architects to design automation solutions that align with business requirements.
    • Provide input on the selection of appropriate RPA tools and technologies based on the specific needs of the banking processes.
  4. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and RPA developers to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the successful implementation of RPA solutions.
    • Collaborate with testing teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the automation processes.
  6. Change Management:
    • Support the implementation of RPA by assisting in change management activities.
    • Work with business units to ensure a smooth transition from manual to automated processes.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented RPA solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of automated processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
  • Business Analysis certifications (RPA)
