Lead Generation Specialist (Hybrid) – US Account

About the Role:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be a key player in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. You’ll be the initial point of contact for many prospects, showcasing the power of our AI solutions and building relationships that drive sales. You will be working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient lead qualification and handover process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Screen inbound and outbound leads, qualifying them based on pre-defined criteria (e.g., company size, industry, budget) to ensure they align with the target market and service offerings.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing campaigns, and strategic cold calling. You’ll need a proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to create compelling outreach messages.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to keep potential clients engaged and informed. This may involve email sequences, targeted content, webinars, or other personalized communication methods.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions within our CRM system. Data integrity is crucial for effective lead management and reporting.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead source performance, and sales pipeline contribution. Regularly analyze results, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing team, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless lead handoff and consistent messaging.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on the latest lead generation best practices, tools, and technologies. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to optimize lead generation processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of the sales cycle and lead qualification processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a significant plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn about AI and its applications in business communication
