About The Role
As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying automation solutions that improve business processes and increase efficiency. You will work with a team of experienced RPA Developers to design and develop automated workflows, document processes, and test and deploy automations.
Must haves: UiPath Certification, Open for Night Shift, Open for On-site work set-up
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with senior RPA Developers to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using UiPath as a development tool
Document business processes and automation workflows
Troubleshoot issues with existing automations and provide support to end-users
Work with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation Continuously learn and stay up to date with RPA technology and industry trends
Position Requirements
Candidate is expected to have 1-3 years of experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
Experience with RPA software tools such as UiPath is important, and Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism is a plus
The candidate does not necessarily need to have extensive experience in RPA. However, they should have a strong foundation in programming and a desire to learn and grow in the field of RPA
