About The Role
Responsibilities:
Application deployment as part of agile process to meet test team requirements
Ensure E2E test environments updated following consistent process for effective management.
Collaborate with project teams using refresh environments
Update documents to ensure transparent view on versions of code deployed on specific environments
Automate environment deployment where possible using scripts and integration with CI/CD tools.
Ensuring correct data sanitization is being used in all test environments
Ensure environment capacity meet test requirements.
Optimize test environment for utilization.
Follow the process set for deployment and make sure it is not deviated.
Run daily health check for environment and share reports to stakeholders.
Co-Ordinate and resolve issues related to environment.
Position Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelors in Computer Science, IT or related fields
Experience :
Must have
3-5 years’ experience of IT experience
2 to 3 years’ experience in handling any OS (Unix/Windows) /DB/Network.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Agile and Waterfall release management
Good to Have
Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployments tools in a DevOps environment such as Jenkins, GitLabCI, Azure Pipelines
Hands-on experience of the maintenance Test Environments
Experience with Agile and Waterfall release management
Skills:
OS management
Shell scripting or PowerShell
Basic Knowledge DB and Network
Basic Knowledge on DevOps , CI/CD . etc
Understanding of Tools Knowledge service management tools like Jira or Service NOW or Remedy or HPALM
Knowledge on Environment management, Release management and change Management.
Knowledge of ITIL processes
