Japanese Bilingual Helpdesk Technician

About the role:  

  • Support global customers regarding incident, inquiry, and request issues.
  • Coordinate and be the contact point for global support teams to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Escalate and follow up issues/projects with all related parties by call and email.
  • Create, follow up, close cases with the provided ticket system.
  • Provide document and email translation (English -> Japanese, Japanese -> English)
  • Secure the SLA according to the project.
  • Be able to work in shift to support global users
  • Attending all meetings as directed by your supervisor and management

Position requirements:  

  • At least 6 months’ work experience in customer support/technical support
  • Experience in shipping, warehouse, parts order/creation delivery is a plus
  • Good in oral and written Nihongo and English languages
  • Familiar with CRM tools such as Oracle Service Cloud, GMD CRM, Zendesk etc.
  • Must be able to monitor, escalate and translate
  • With working knowledge with ticketing management
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig
