About the Role:
- Support global customers regarding incident, inquiry, and request issues.
- Coordinate and be the contact point for global support teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Escalate and follow up issues/projects with all related parties by call and email.
- Create, follow up, close cases with the provided ticket system.
- Provide document and email translation (English -> Japanese, Japanese -> English)
- Secure the SLA according to the project.
- Be able to work in shift to support global users
- Attending all meetings as directed by your supervisor and management
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months’ work experience in customer support/technical support
- Experience in shipping, warehouse, parts order/creation delivery is a plus
- Good in oral and written Nihongo and English languages
- Familiar with CRM tools such as Oracle Service Cloud, GMD CRM, Zendesk etc.
- Must be able to monitor, escalate and translate
- With working knowledge with ticketing management
- Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig
