IT Sales Manager

About The Role

We are looking for an IT Sales Manager (permanent role) who has direct selling exposure in IT software services and has handled large key accounts in the banking/ financial/telecom services domain in the SEA Market.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

New Business Development and client engagement.
Should be a sales professional with relevant experience especially in selling IT/software services (Application services, Consulting services, Testing Services) and also manage the country operations along with supporting the delivery operations.
Relevant experience or exposure in Banking and Financial Domain
Discovering and exploring opportunities by contacting potential Clients/ partners 
Customer Management: Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent and long-term relationships with customer 
Provide team representation and set appropriate client expectations 
Develop the strong relationships with customer 
Ability to develop effective sales plan using sales methodology (adoption or exposure to Sandler will be an advantage)
Excellent networking, interpersonal and negotiation skills 
Critical Success Factors Must have Hard-core sales hunting experience in IT Application Development and Testing services 
Knowledge of handling large accounts in Banking Domain/Financial/ Telecom Services
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options, and  resolving internal priorities
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations 
Work closely with Delivery Team and tap relationships with existing clients, to open doors for new business
Ensure timely collection of payment as per agreed terms 
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Excellent networking, interpersonal and negotiation skills 
Should be highly motivated and target-oriented

 

Position Requirements

Candidates should have direct selling exposure and experience in IT services of handling large key accounts in the banking/ financial/telecom services domain 
Exposure to SEA Market 
Should be willing to travel extensively 
At least 5 years of experience in IT Services Sales
Based in Philippines
