About The Role
Managing IT assets
Manage IT tickets (Incidents, service requests, changes, etc.)
Provide technical support
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Monitor network performance – Monitor server performance
Monitor security events
Position Requirements
Has good communication skills
Can report onsite daily (FLT, BGC and SFS, Ortigas)
Willing to manage IT assets (delivery, retrieval, deployment, etc. Going up and down the building)
Punctual – Willing to start ASAP
